1 General Provisions

hgzy is an online entertainment platform offering live casino, slots, sports betting, and multi-betting services for users in Bangladesh. The platform is secured with SSL encryption and follows a fair play policy.

These Terms are effective under Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). In the event of any dispute or difference in interpretation, hgzy's decision will be considered final, though users always retain the right to a fair complaints process.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

3 Account Security

The user is responsible for keeping their account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is strictly prohibited.

• Any unauthorised access to the account must be reported to our support team immediately.
• It is strongly recommended to change your password regularly and to use a strong password.
• The user is solely responsible for all activities carried out from their account.
• If suspicious activity is detected, hgzy may temporarily suspend the account and conduct an investigation.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

hgzy currently accepts deposits through three payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

• Each deposit must be made from the individual's own mobile banking account; use of third-party accounts is not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. All withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

• Withdrawal requests can only be made to the mobile banking account that was used at the time of deposit.
• If KYC verification has not been completed, withdrawal requests may be put on hold.
• If fraud or money laundering is suspected, hgzy reserves the right to hold the withdrawal and conduct an investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, applicable up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A wagering requirement of 20x must be fulfilled for this bonus.

• The welcome bonus applies only once per individual.
• Withdrawals cannot be made before the bonus wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in account closure.

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

hgzy's VIP program has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Users can advance to higher VIP tiers based on their active participation and consistent use of the platform. Wagering requirements may also apply to cashback bonuses.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules always apply to all betting activities on hgzy:

• Bets cannot be changed after a betting round has started.
• If a round is incomplete due to a technical error, the relevant bet will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.
• Game outcomes are determined by an independent random number generator (RNG) or through a live dealer.
• For sports betting, bets must be placed before the match begins or within the specified time limit.
• In live betting, bets will be accepted at the latest displayed odds; if there is a discrepancy due to a feed delay, the server-side odds will apply.
• Betting under multiple identities from a single betting account or arbitrage betting is strictly prohibited.

hgzy reserves the right to reject any bet if it is considered unusual or a risk to the platform's integrity.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hgzy platform, and if any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using another person's identity.
• Playing games through bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Coordinating with other users to place bets in a way that harms the platform.
• Sending obscene, threatening, or harmful messages.
• Submitting false information or forged documents.

8 Responsible Gaming

hgzy believes that gaming should be an entertaining activity — not a source of financial hardship or mental stress. We provide various tools to protect our users.

• Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their own account if they wish.
• A self-exclusion feature is available to block the account for a specified period of time.
• Seeking professional help to deal with gambling-related problems is strongly recommended.

12 Account Suspension and Closure

hgzy reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited activities.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Self-exclusion process activated at the user's own request.
• Extended inactivity (no transactions for at least 12 months).

Before closing an account, the user will be notified by email (unless immediate action is required for urgent security reasons). Any valid balance in a permanently closed account will be returned to the user's registered payment method, except in cases involving prohibited activities.

13 Changes & Updates

hgzy reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform.

• Continuing to use the platform after changes have been made means accepting the new terms.
